I haven't been around my social media or SG lately because I've been sick with some disgusting bug. I blame germy people everywhere who go out even when they're sick. I have a crappy immune system due to my Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. Someone can sneeze elsewhere in a warehouse and touch something, and I will find that item and breathe in germs from it.
Anyway, the point of my blog is, I am coming back to LA (and bringing @trevor with me)! I'll be going to WonderCon (helping out at the booth as needed because @Kiley is super sweet and allowing me to), then on the Monday morning after the con, we are going to a taping for The Price is Right's 4th of July special! We actually have a couple of extra tickets for it, so if you're cool and want to come with, you can let me know here.
Since we are staying until the 30th, I'd love to shoot my first set in 4 years, if possible. I know I'm all old and stuff now, and have a crappy genetic disease, but I assure you, the pain from it is mostly controlled now, thankfully. I just want to see what I can do in my 30's, and I know I can rock it. Plus, the hotel we're staying in has rooms that look like this:
I am also down with shooting some other girls while out there. I haven't exactly shot any SG shoots, other than for myself, years ago, but I have been practicing my portraiture and pinup photography, so I'd love to try. As long as you know that I am trying for the first time myself, and I'm one of those photographers (I usually do band and event photography) who likes to get things right in the camera and not rely on photoshop at all. I will give you the photos to do with as you please if they are not up to par for SG. I promise. Or you can have them photoshopped by someone else prior to submission. I will, for sure, shop out blemishes, but I like to try to get lighting from natural sources. So if you have a location and want to give me a try, let me know! I can also supply you with some unedited examples of my "practice" photos.
Anyway, who else is coming to WonderCon? Who wants to get dinner/drinks? Who wants to take pictures of me for SG? Who wants pictures taken by me, possibly for SG? Who might want to come on The Price is Right (there are no guarantees for getting the extra tickets, I am waiting on a couple of answers from other people) with us? Who just wants to hang out?
I have a goal of getting my ass back to Necromance while out there too, and our hotel isn't too far from everything.
Anyway, I am working on one new cosplay for WonderCon, a classic 90's Storm in the white, I'm using silver because me and white do NOT work together. I'm probably wearing my Captain Marvel and Ms Marvel too. Although, there has been a demand for me to wear the pink Lady Deadpool...

Anyhow, I hope to see some of you awesome people at WonderCon or around LA. @Trevor and I are super laid-back/chill people who love to meet new people and make new friends, so it'd be great to get together with some of you!
