Hi all!

I've been so busy all last month, that I'm taking my downtime really seriously right now.

I may or may not be auditioning for a cooking show within the next month. Mostly may, I guess. Because of this contemplating, I was inspired to cook this for dinner tonight:



It's marinated seared beef on a bed of cucumber and carrot salad (dressed in a honey and rice vinegar creation) with a garnish of ginger rice. And it was yummy...

Speaking of Cucumber and Carrot, here are my turtles (those are their names) in their inside home for the winter:



They'll head back to the pond when it warms up this coming spring.

I'm pretty sure I'm giving up on my MR set. It's not getting nearly enough attention to be bought. I guess I'll leave it up until I can't stand to see it anymore... Or I'll forget about it. *shrug*

Anyhow, hope you all have a wonderful weekend. Trevor's gotta play army this weekend, so I'll be bored and alone... Maybe I'll take some time to play Bioshock or something.
