@billybuggs, I'm highly allergic to nuts.  Your suggestion would literally kill me. 💀 But thanks anyway.  I get migraines all the time due to my Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome.  I have a thing in my head called a chairi malformation, which basically is like having a bunch of blood vessels knotted like Xmas lights when you don't organize them, and depending on the air pressure or my stress levels or my hormone levels, or Jeebus knows what else, that knot, which basically is pinched out the back of my skull like a lump, causes random pains in my head and most often migraines.  I'm on prescription medication for them, and sometimes my body gives me enough of a warning that I can stop them before they get bad.  It's not the pain that bugs me about the migraines anyway, it's that visual aura where I go blind.  That's the part I hate, because it means I can't do anything that day.

@haztur Promethazine is more for the nausea that comes with my migraines.  I get physically ill when I get migraines.  The auras just make me sick.  But it also helps prevent migraines from coming on, or at least prevents the aura sometimes.
