Hello, loyal followers!
As most of you know I've been working at a two star restaurant for some time now and while I love working there and interacting with these amazing people who plate up even more amazing food... I've been getting a feeling that I'm never going to grow into a cooking position there. I'm not really learning anything except for what's on the menu and maybe trying to recreate those dishes at home. And while I know that this is the way of the industry, I'm getting a bit upset at being called if I can come work every day in the weekend and sometimes during normal work hours while I clearly stated that I'm working a full time job next to itand will not be available any other time than Friday night. I'm going to continue my work at the vegetarian restaurant where I'm learning a lot more, and maybe I'll grow into a cooking position there. I've missed being there anyway.
