So this announcement has been a long time coming - even before my birthday! I applied for a job at a Michelin star restaurant and was understandably rejected (since I also work full time as a software engineer). What I haven't told anybody here yet is that I also applied for a weekend job in the kitchen of the laughing pig, a vegetarian restaurant in Rotterdam that is all about sustainability and durability. But their dishes are absolutely amazing. Below a menu they shared on their Facebook page... yum, right?
