I'm on the verge of ending a nine year relationship with someone I still care a lot about. We will still live together for some time, and share the same car and address, but we've grown too far apart for us to see the future together. Naturally I'm devastated and I feel that I need some consoling. So, some warm and friendly words would be most welcome.
