Hey all! This week was very intense as I had no idea what to cook as you could have read in my previous blog. Fortunately... I'm very gifted in making Italian dishes, and i had some veggie meatballs to put in the sauce. So like the title suggests, I made me some spaghetti Bolognese with fresh basil and parsley (and not so fresh basil, parsley, thyme, and oregano). It was delicious and tomorrow will see the remaining sauce to be used in stuffed peppers!
