So today I decided to roll back in the habit of meat free weekdays and make myself a burger! The burger itself is chickpea and pumpkin, topped with sour onions, sweet parsnips, and earthy lettuce. The chips are parsnips, covered with lemon zest. Yum!

This is my first ever recipe! It's a ginger and jalapeño ice cream taco with mango puree and coconut shavings:)

Another three course meal today, even though I didn't necessarily feel like cooking today. This is roasted aubergine in an oriental sauce with sesame seeds, followed by a Spanish sausage in tomato sauce. The dessert is called crème Catalan.
