I recently purchased a new game for my Xbox one. It is called "Layers of Fear" and it is terrifying! It's great. I bought new headphones for it because it suggested playing with headphones on. That totally intensifies the game. The heart rate graph on my fitbit app is all over the place. 🤣 In a moment of poor judgment I decided to play it...

The DLC for it is amazing, too. Also, check out Outlast if you haven't.

@thewindowkeeper I saw it had DLC but haven't bought it yet. I'm almost done with the base game.

Usually being single doesn't bother me, but on nights like tonight I wish I had someone. There is a beautiful lighting storm going on. The air outside is refreshingly cool, the sky is dark until a flash of light strikes in the distance. For a second it reveals that chaos of thunderheads. It's a perfect time to be sitting on the porch snuggled...

Storms are amazing!! And yes, better when you have someone to share them with

While contemplating a response to a message this morning I came to a realization. Since my surgery I have struggled to express how it has affected me. The best I have been able to come up with is "My brain does not work the same" which doesn't get across what I am trying to say. However this morning I figured out an analogy. Have...

i am glad that you are still recovering. don't think of it as you lost something. you will be healing for sometime. new path ways are being made and some changes to the brain will be in order. keeping an active healthy workout will improve your recovery. what will be the new gifts of your brain is an unknown for how. some persons have a reaction to being put under anesthesia. talk to your doctor about that your feeling right now. he or she might be able to give you the answers or insight to your questions. have you though of a second career that you might want to try.

A friend at work agreed to write me a workout plan to get me back in shape. He is very physically fit guy who is very knowledgeable about fitness. I was super excited and grateful for his help because people pay good money for the stuff he's helping me with.

I started the 6 week plan yesterday. The first day was hard but I...

Your body needs to adjust. Go easy on yourself...you're still moving and sweating!

Starting is the hardest part! Keep at it, even if it sucks (and it will) at times. Just remember how good you feel afterwards!

I am absolutely exhausted. I have been running hard all week. First one in, last one out of the office. Then after a 11-12 hour work day I go to a 2 hour soccer camp for my son. I have also seriously upped my exercise because I'm doing a workweek hustle competition with the BFF and he's at comic con! So trying to...

Hope you have a good day, I can understand being run down. I've picked up a second job delivering pizzas after my main job and on the weekends. 60 plus hours of work doesn't give much time to take care of yourself and other things that need to be done. But as Joe Dirt says "keep on keeping on"

I hope you get to feeling better
