Finally.....a rainy day when it actually rained instead of just being foggy and putting down drist. 1/2 inch in the rain gauge by 6am and still showering....man do we need the rain! smile

I like a smoooooooooooth weekend.....and that's what I had. smile Had the chance to get my bike out and go for a ride, as the temp hit 70 yesterday afternoon. The clouds went away and the sun came out in all it's brillance and glory this morning. I dug out my old Electric Light Orchestra album and played Mr. Blue Sky, first thing this morning......glad no one could see me dancing around like a lunatic as ELO rocked out the song....HA!

The drist ( a combination of drizzle and mist ), fog and overcast sky continues, although the wind has switched more from the south and it has warmed up about 10 degrees to nearly 60.....which feels quite balmy after several days of high 40's to 50. actaully the secret is not just sweet pickle juice its Celery seeds, sweet girkins, or rellish, a little cider vinigar, you take the hard boiled eggs , separate the yolks, mash with salt ,pepper and seeds add mayo and mustard or mustard powder, adn vinigar, and pickles, make a sauce then pour over minced celery, eggs, potatoes, and mix,chill

Wow!...what a day so far!

B L U S T E R Y is the only good descriptive word. Not really that cold, but with the wind and the occasional drizzle, it feels cool outside.Overcast and no sunshine makes it feel a little dreary....but then, fall is occasionally full of those kinds of days.

It's been a normal Monday morning here....lots of SNAFU's to work...

It's going to be a lazy Saturday for me.....I don't have any work planned, so that means I can do or not do whatever I want to! smile
