SOOOO, BITCHES!
i am chilling out with the homecat misty blue and listening to a mix cirdt made me shortly after i first moved to calgary. it is GOOD.
today was god damn boring. i had a job interview at a tea house in kensington, though! let's all cross our fingers for that one. i don't want to leave my current job, but i need more money if i'm to save up to move to vancouver.
HERE are two pictures of me walking across the lrt bridge on the way home. they're almost the same but i couldn't figure out which i liked more, so you get both. ha-ha! so, mat8drb (who, when i posted a photo i took on this same bridge, asked if that was a picture of my commute) it may very well be my commute soon! if i get the tea house job, anyway. but here i am being happy because it was so nice out today.
speaking of vancouver--plans are falling into place. i'm more than likely attending a makeup school so i can train to do cool special effects makep, like make people look burnified and frostbitified and alienified. woo rin! my program starts november 20 so i will probably be headed to vancouver at the end of october. everything seems a lot more real now.
ALSO! you guys will enjoy this--i added audio intros to my sets! i couldn't add one to bubble kiss with malloreigh but the other two are IN BIDNESS.
as a matter of small interest, i have been a vegetarian since march 11. it's because i am unhappy with the junk that our food gets fed; i don't think it's right to eat cows who eat cows, or pigs or what have you. i know you can buy organic meat but i've never cooked meat at home and so my vegetarianism is only affecting my eating out habits. if any of you feels compelled to lecture me, don't bother. i'm not going to respond. no one says you have to agree with me. i feel i've made the best decision for myself. i haven't craved meat a lot this past month(pre-veggie, i only ate it a couple times a week anyway) , but i sure have craved tofu, which i never would have expected. it kind of wierds me out.
i may be visiting with my mum on sunday.
i got a pet mouse on tuesday. her name is algernon wilhelmina acorn. "but rin," you might say. "how can you get a mouse when you have two cats at your house?" and to that, i reply "quite easily, dear reader. my cats watch her with interest, but don't make threats on her life." miss a. w. acorn is soooo soft and she has a cute pink cage that came with japanese stickers. her tail feels kind of hard and wiggly. it's hard to explain. she has sweet little paws.
and that, i should say, is as good an update as anyone could wish for.♥

A vaguely know Andy. He's a poet too. You're right, I would have been more fun; and I'm a better poet. Though he does have a book (or two) on me.

You're gonna have to change that pattern up a bit...should be "fun, fun, fun, work"...gotta get your priorities straight!
