why dont you trust yourself enough to open up? usually its not trusting those around you, the ones you are opening up to...but if you need to open up to someone, the anonymity of the internet helps with that. or you could give it a go here on SG; most people here dont seem to be too judgmental (except for politics...some people here are just plain bat shit crazy about politics...but thats another matter).
