Well, it's love day! puke love tongue kiss

I'm feelin alotta things here. . .i need my morning coffee.

I shall remain quite antisocial since it seems that some people *clearing throat* prefer to not be my friend or talk to me any longer.

I just need to face the honest truth about people and say, "Fuck Them. Or whatever. . .uh. . .yeah."

Hmm. yeah

Oh yeah yeah....

I"m afraid I haven't had much to say lately. . .which is quite unusual since I have always enjoyed typing a bunch of malarky for people to read or really just for myself.

I suppose there must be a reason for this bizarre community.

I remember in 1995, my first year in college, I met a bizarre goth girl named Valeria or Valerie. She was...

I love that you prefaced your entry with 'I haven't had much to say lately.' smile

Anyone who can't follow your right-brained intuitive logic isn't worth friendship. Make no apologies.

You're a fabulously cute girl with your youthful apprehensions intact. I'll forgive you for being antisocial if you tell me you're appreciating your life fully. Auntie Jessica knows the folly of a life postponed...

(Pardon the presumption; I just wish I could see you and Allen more.)

Isn't it sick how our coworkers get the best hours of our days sometimes?

Much love...

i like being able to peek into your life.
yeah, i'm back and it's oh so easy breezy.
we should totally write some sort of southern grrl zine. there's room on the ouch, if you ever get down to pcola! mardi gras is soon, and new orleans is close...

Hmmmm. . .enough of that pouty crap!!

I can't believe what I said at work today. Well, lately these three ladies in my department have started bringing home decorating magazines to our central hub (where associates like to gather around the terminal and a brief two minute sit down). They're really stupid. . .talking like little girls. . .I love that kitchen.. . .I have...

Alright, no more pity parties.

Having a journal really does help I guess. Writing out your feelings, frustrations, and experiences and people actually responding to them.

Ain't the net great? I mean, I feel utterly friendless these days, like girlfriendless. I suppose this may sound strange, but I feel weird around girls. I for some reason I feel more comfortable around guys. I just feel...

girlcatx:
hey girl, being jaded is part of living and being aware...

and i can totally sympathize with you about the girls thing. i love women. but i don't like females who play an expected role, or seem to be playing up to some sort of established role, exhibiting symptoms like incessant giggling, kow-towing to men, and backstabbing other girls... plus a number of other things. ( believe me, i'm surrounded by an entire society of women taught to be that way. you know?) it's tough to find a female community of friends that does not espouse that distasteful cross-section of culture. but i think maybe you're in the right place here.

listen to some bjork, yo. she always cheers me up.

Well, things are starting to look super fierce for me.
I'm not sure if that's a good thing or a bad one. Pretty much today I feel like

LIFE SUCKS ASS!!!!!!!!

. . .anyway.

I just haven't been productive these days. I can't even pay my bills and I don't even want to look at them.

I'm sick of looking for a job, for struggling,...

Well, I haven't said too much lately. I suppose I've been holding my breath with those two awesome prospects I had. Well, I was trying to stay positive, but the truth of the matter seems to be that I just don't quite cut it.

The competition, the qualified, focused, goal-oriented people out there. . .I just feel pretty let down right now. Damn, what is...

Hey, re: your comment,
I taught english in Japan for a couple of years. If you feel up to it, and especially if you're interested in learning foreign culture and language I'd say go for it.
It used to be a lot easier to get in and it payed a lot more in their bubble economy (mid-to-late 80's, I was there 93-96) I don't know what it's like now.

Hey, check your spelling, I'm pretty sure that's supposed to be 'kajteklbtoai'.

It's a common mistake, just watch out for that next time.

I was checking my e-mail and lo and behold! A letter from Rich! I still prefer real letters though. You could see the yellowed paper, that recognizable scribble, from his hand writing you could tell so much. You could only imagine how late he was up, where he wrote the letter.

Despite everything, I romanticise it all. I want to kick myself sometimes, but I...

I had my second interview today and it went well. I just realize that, it might be a great job for a couple of year, but. . .that but, I sure would like to see some excitement, live an adventure, see the world and take tons of photographs, and draw, and write, and live like an expatriate struggling to survive, walking everywhere, and who knows,...

Hey, I"m bored today. I have an interview with Emory tomorrow in the Administration area. I'm excited, sorta. A month ago, I would be jumping up and down Hoorah Hoorah, a job interview. Now, I'm like alright. I'll go to the interview, but it's no guarantee I'll get the job.

I need some confidence dammit! Or maybe, it's just one of those jobs I'm not...

Yeah!!!

I'm so close to finding out if I got the job. Yesterday I took two tests for the position. I made 90 percentile on the grammar, spelling, and puctuation test! I'm so excited. I have one more interview though.

More later.

Oh, Oh Dear Colette, I need to get with you to talk about the writing bit.

Gotta go to work now.

Did you get baptized as a JW? I did, and got disfellowshipped when I came out. It was fun. Do you know there are self-help groups for recovering JWs? I think it's mostly kind of funny, I know that my kingdom hall did some creepy things, but it wasn't really cult-like enough to need a self-help group when I got kicked out. I wonder if there's worse stuff going on in the JW world and i just didn't know about it?
