Also, Riley Children's hospital has a campaign for cards to brighten a childs holiday called #notesofhope. I have picked up a stack of cards and are handing them out to family and my kitchen. Hopefully we can brighten the holidays for these kids and bring out their beautiful smiles. And i selfishly hope my grandmother is smiling down in heaven. I love you grandma
i organized a warm clothing drive for the homeless through my kitchen. We were able to collect 109 pieces of clothing and hats for the homeless!!! I feel that my restaurant deserves a shout out: thank you Nada Indy for being so generous!
My wonderful girl, Joy, is doing well. There were more bladder stones than the vet anticipated but she is recuperating well and should come home Tuesday afternoon. This past Saturday was the tacos and tequila festival in Indianapolis! It was a sold out festival of just over 2000 people. We opened at 6pm for VIPs and 6:30 for regular guests. By 10pm we were sold out of food with over 1200 tacos sold!!! It was an amazing evening and a sweltering one as well
