I feel you my friend. Work has me tied to along with child bearing and my rituals to help others. Many times I do not realize how much I do for others, and leave no time for myself. So, feeling overwhelmed is natural. I meditate twice a day in the morning and at night. It really helps. I will send you an e-mail asap with some remedies my friend. Hold your head up you will get through this.

It was shocking. It's impotant for people to remember to ask one if they are ok, or to say a good hello. Just any one of those things can be uplifting for anyone. Or, talking to someone in a time of need may help ease things for someone. Many may look like there fine on the outside but could be hurting from within. You my friend are right about the demons feeding on people as prey. They do many terrible things. I liked R.W.
