Not so pleasant days coming on the horizon as things are getting worse. My sleep is getting less and less and the dreams are still of very exacting detail. I only managed about two hours sleep through out all of last night and then I had to be at my ex's place to watch her daughter from quarter to nine until ten after three. I...

Well, I set out yesterday to make myself a cd or two, but instead I went a little crazy and turned it into a hardcore cd burning night. This is what I ended up with:

cd 1: Scrotum Grinder "The Greatest Sonic Abomination Ever", Severed Head Of State "No Lost love", Scrotum Grinder "split w/ Combat Wounded Veteran", Severed Head Of State "Discography: Invition To...

Sleep is still not really being a good friend to me yet, but now my body is finally adjusting to the bare minimum to keep me going just fine.

I haven't read even a single paragraph in Dead-Eye Dick in over a day now, too many things going on everywhere. My goal is to finish it up by Monday night at the latest (that's about...

Finally able to sleep at seven fifteen this morning or somewhere near. I first woke at eight twelve, in cold sweat and at first unsure of my surroundings and fearing what was in my dreams as if it were in real life. Back to sleep, up at nine, ten fifteen, and finally ten fourty eight when I gave up.
This is really fucking starting to...

I really hate it when people tell you to contact them and their only primary source of communication is a cell phone, and then they never have the fucking thing on because they have run out of minutes or are worried to. Then they wonder why they miss out on stuff, why people stop trying to get a hold of them, or why people become...

Another night of constant waking, making for a very tiring week.

My brother who uses my car to go to work from eight thirty until three in the morning, stopped by the house so I could take him home. He sat here an hour on the interent and watching CNN. When finally I took him home, I was tired again and the fog was marked...

I am very tired and I am involuntarily rocking back and forth.
I was not able to fall away to sleep until nearly seven thirty this morning, and I woke every hour on the hour from nightmares and cold sweats. I thought the sweats might have been the product of too warm of clothes with my comforter and the odd weather we have been having,...

Well, I finished Jailbird and I was quite happy with it. A cute tale of comminsim and labor unions at first, and then by end it is still communism but now also about the goodness possible of humans and also the patheticness of humans concerning money and material possessions.

I am now reading Dead-Eye Dick. I absolutely love this man, I even went as far...

Well, back from Milwaukee after a shopping trip with Brooke and her daughter Epiphany.

We first hit up two bookstores called Half Price books (I am sure you can figure out their angle). I found two of the Vonnegut Books I needed (Bluebeard, and Wampeters, Foma, & Granfalloons) and I also bought a double of a book I thought adorable, and will make a good...

I've got two pages of info already for you and I'm about half done... I could just say " gobuythis and read the label", but then you wouldn't really understand the exact purpose of the herbs, and the more you understand, the better you can treat yourself..... I think so, anyway.... In regards to your questions, You're going to have to abstain completly from alcohol, for at least 6 months. this is the most important thing for you to stay away from, next important is caffiene.... you can probably have ONE cup of coffee a week...if you start going crazy and miss coffee....If you are addicted to caffiene, make aswitch to green tea. It has just as much caffeine as coffe and is actually beneficial to certain prts of your body... coffe isn't good for anything....you don't have to quit sugar completly, just make a serious effort.... besides sugar is in everything anyway even fruit.... carbs and starches turn to sugar in your body.... just stay away from refined sugars; ie: ALL junk food.....eat fruit if you need something sweet....Congratulations on not drinking yesterday.... but seriously stay away from alcohol.... you have a chemical imbalance in your brain. drinking will only aggravate it. too much caffiene will too.... I'll probably finish your stuff tonight.... and then drop it in the mail tomorrow......keep taking care of yourself...get a multi vitamin. It doesn't matter if it's the cheap drugstore brand, it's better than not taking one at all.....get some exercise.... I hope you're having a good day.....
voltaire:
wow, what a long comment, sorry about that ...next time I'll just email you....

This will be quick as I am stepping out, but me oh my do I feel giddy.
If it weren;t for all my mental distress and terrifying nightmares, I would be incredible happy right now.
Okay, this would be why:
A new Suicide Girl Autumn is added and I think she has apretty face and wonderful Eyes.
Chloe gets her newest set added.

Allo,
I am not even sure if people really ever read this thing here or they just see it glacingly as they reply to a comment I have made in their journals. Either way, I keep writing.

Today marks what can become another very bad beginning for me. I have begun to have the detailed and terrifying dreams that in time turn into my hallucinations...

Soulseek is down again, so this gives me the time to actually stop downloading and start burning things and rearranging the and all that.

I am so behind in all the mx cds and tapes I owe people or have wanted to make. I make it into such a tedious process but it is still fun. The making is easy, but the planning is where...

you should see an herbalist about replacing the paxil with something natural. i really don't trust pharmacuticals.... they are all about temporary releif, just making you forget the problem, not solving it. there is no money in the cure, only the treatment.
