Sorry to have disappeared for a bit - my immune system took a dive and I was laid up for way too long with a nasty combo of flu/rsv/sinusitis including a fun ER trip after passing out. I’m doing much better now thankfully, but just getting back into routines and energy levels etc etc etc.
I’m gonna keep this blog short so I can go catch up on all the things here on SG, but some recent highlights for me despite the plague:
- I’m getting paid to paint my first mural along a popular bike path in town later this month 🥹
- Got accepted into a competitive juried art festival
- Have spent a lot of quality time with cats
- Had some of my best friends come visit for a few days and finally got @adastra’s next visit planned 🥰
- Just working on a lot of art projects while I’ve been needing to take time off from my more physical hobbies.
- Watched and loved Knight of the Seven Kingdoms
- Still playing a lot of Baldurs Gate 3
