Some cities have run in the past a cash for handguns program, ie. you bring in your gun and the city gives you money for it, in hopes of keeping guns off the street.

I myself am instituting a program based loosely on this idea...

I call it a paint for Guinness program
you come over and help paint (interior or exterior) and I provide the Guinness ...

i think that this would be a great program and support it whole hartedly
