i've returned to the states. the joy of coming back and seeing my family and so on was quickly washed away after i slumped into the eventualy routine of work, home, sleep, procrastination. i'm still missing a lot of people and experiances. it's hard for me to deal with the fact that i may never see many of those people ever again. sometime i think i see people i met there, but know that's impossible. i still have dreams about them and feel cheated and bitter when i wake up. everyday interaction back here in the states seem much different. even going out to eat or going to the store was a bit strange at first.
for the summer i'm back and forth between my home town and college town. still making copper fairies. right now i'm figuring out plans to build a 'rapebot' costume so that i can wear it to scare the shit out of a co worker next week. i'm still in the 'just got back' slump and am not being nearly as productive as i want to be. don't have a lot of money for art resources.
good things: being back home means lots of fresh herbs and veggies from my dad's garden. i can see the stars now. just general living in the country. i'll try to get pictures up sometime. it's beautiful. trust me.
internet access is irregular. i'll try to keep up with stuff when i can.
