Hello SG,
I'm very excited to finally join the site, and am hoping to join it more officially very soon. Yes, I am working on my photo set to become a hopeful, and eventually a suicide girl, if all goes as planned. The photo set is proving a slow process. My ideas are a bit too expensive, and with funds being low, I must continue to rethink until I find a cheaper option.
Until that time, I will introduce myself. I am a college student studying Linguistics and Communication Arts with the goal of someday being a radio dj. I have a passion for the arts, and while I am not confident enough in my own musical skills, my knowledge of others' is probably excessive. I would love to have a radio show that has the crass nature of Howard Stern, but the musical knowledge of Alice Cooper, in a more indie genre.
Most of my free time is spent watching netflix, and hanging out with my German Shepherd. We're working to acquire him a girlfriend. She's wonderful, but pricey. We would love to have her home by spring. She's a deaf Pit Bull whose lived in a rescue almost all her life, and truly deserves to be loved and spoiled as much if not more than my German Shepherd.
Rescues are another passion of mine, especially "bad breeds" with special needs. Don't even ask me about the dwarf German Shepherd I found named Bitty (she still needs a home, by the way). I would love to have my own rescue to cater to the needs of dogs with special needs and bad reputations, but right now I'm focusing on adopting this Pit Bull and volunteering when I can at other rescues and shelters.
I'm extremely artistic and creative, and love to try new things. I'm always up for an adventure, especially if it means I get to take my clothes off or use a parachute. Base jump and sky diving are on my 101:1001 list. For those of you who are unfamiliar, it is a list of 101 things you want to do in 1001 days. It's a bucket list with a grounded deadline, no pun intended.
I've set up a yahoo and twitter account just for my SG friends, so feel free to contact me. I'm looking forward to exploring the website more, and getting to know some great people. Pictures, videos, and more are in the near future, so check back soon.
