What pops into my mind is a brief exchange between a very young Madonna and an aging Ray Charles.  Madonna asked Ray if he had any advice for her regarding touring.  His response: Make sure that you stop, sit down, and eat two good meals every day and be sure to rest for a little afterwards.  You can't finish a tour if you're sick, and you can't be at your best if you're running on empty... // Having traveled for a (lot less interesting) job for several years, I worked hard to follow that advice--result: I never got sick whilst traveling and managed to come home in more or less one piece.  // It is tiring, though, when you know airline stewardesses better than your own family... //

time... time is the only thing to cure a hangover.... I have a breakfast and plan a nap... OH..and taking tons of naked pictures... that helps... Hope you feel better soon
