I just got back from watching AVPR. That sucked. I can't quite put my finger on it, maybe it was that the soldiers were portrayed as complete freaking idiots. Perhaps it was the blatant stupidity mixed with dumb luck that most of the characters seemed to experience. Maybe it was the attempt at a cryptic ending which ended up looking like a big neon flashing "Open For Sequel" sign...
