Sorry
I had a falling out with a friend of mine recently. It's been terrible. He's someone I've been friends with - and cared a lot about - for quite some time. We had a colossal miscommunication and I'm afraid that things will never be put straight again.
Those that know me, know I'm a big flirt. I've always been that way. I didn't realize before how harmful that could be until this friend got the wrong impression. I thought we were good friends, he thought I was leading him on. I've told him how very sorry I am... and I guess for now that's all I can do.
Work
I got promoted
I (finally) got the projectionist position and am being trained properly for it. I threaded the movie "27 Dresses" twice last night, all by myself!
Work is still kinda lame - only because of the manager, I love my co-workers - and lots of people have quit recently. I'll stay for the time being though. But not too much longer, because....
I'm Going Back to School!
to become a vet tech. I have some upgrading to do (I've been out of school awhile now
) and I have to secure a minimum of 20 hours a week at a vet's office; that aspect shouldn't be too difficult, considering my ties to the rescue and the amount of time I spend in vet's offices. Verrrrrry exciting.

Over the Easter long weekend I'm driving 17 hours back to my hometown. I'm really excited for several reasons.

My grandad just got out of the hospital on Thursday of last week (he's 93 years old), so seeing him will do us both good, me thinks 
he's the closest thing I had to a father growing up. Yay for family!
and last but certainly not least...
So yah. That's my story. My life's a bit crazy right now, but I'm happy. I'm happier than I can remember being... ever, I think. I love my life and the people in it.
Edited a few hours later to add: I really think the people who've been extra wonderful lately deserve some props, but I'll spoiler the list - there are a lot of amazing people.
