Christmas Dinner?

I'm having proubles deciding what to make for Christmas dinner.... I mean, sure, the classics like turkey, stuffing, potatoes, peas, carrots, celery with that strip of Cheese Whiz down the middle are fine, but I kind of want to try something new this year. Something exciting. Here are a few ideas I'm tossing around (I've spoiler-ed the ingredients):

Ewok Stew

SPOILERS! (Click to view)

Ingredients :

1 village of ewoks
Gizzard of a chickenwalker (for flavor)
30 gollons of water
1 dash salt
3 tsp. pepper
Preparation :
Boil at 1500 degrees for 2 hours or until thick. Leaving the fur on adds extra flavor and protein, but may cause difficulty in consuming. After cooking, strain out bones. Add 1800 lbs of carrots (sliced) and 1600 lbs peas. Cook for 30 minutes on high flame or in nuclear reactor. Makes about enough stew for a small New York soup kitchen on Wednesday.

Cucumber-Yoda Salad

SPOILERS! (Click to view)

Ingredients :

1 cup plain nonfat Yoda (hairless please)
1 teaspoon sugar
2 medium cucumbers, peeled, seeded, chopped
2 tablespoons minced cilantro
Preparation :
Mix the Yoda and sugar together, then the cucumbers and cilantro together, then combine. Season with salt and serve to non Star-Wars fans, or those with more grisly stomachs and preferences!

Jellied Jar Jar Binks

SPOILERS! (Click to view)

Ingredients you will need
1 Jar Jar Binks
50 onions,sliced
50 garlic cloves
50 Tbs of mixed pickling spices
50 tbs of salt
25 tbs of pepper
12 1/2 cups of vinegar

Equipment

1 very large kettle
1 official Ginsu Lightsaber
As many loaf pans as you need
I suggest measuring the onions, garlic, spices and vinegar the day before.

First, you need to use your vast Jedi powers to distract the Jar Jar Binks with a dropped quarter.

After dispatching the Jar Jar with your lightsaber, chop him up into manageable chunks with your lightsaber.

Place chunks into Kettle and cover with fresh water
After using the Force the quickly chop and add the onions also add the garlic, spices Salt, pepper, and vinegar.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the meat is tender. Let cool overnight in the liquid.
When cool, take the meat out of the broth. Remove and discard the bones and cartilage. You will have two kinds of meat, white meat and dark meat.
Slice the meat thinly and alternate layers of white and dark meat using the correct setting on your lightsaber and place in the loaf pans.
Reheat the broth to boiling, then pour over the meat in the loaf pans.
Let cool until jelly has set. Slice and serve cold.
Serves any large gathering of Jedi or Sith. Found in the lost archives of the Jedi, under the Temple on Coruscant.

Muchas thanks to the guys over at The Science Fiction Cookbook for the recipes, and my appologies to my Star Wars friends (I figure since I'm a big fan too, we can all laugh together - please don't hate me).
