I Love B.C!

Just got home from a three day trip into the Kootenays for Thanksgiving. Wow. It was so so so so pretty out there. I almost didn't want to come back. I suppose that could have something to do with the almost-ten-hour-drive thing.... hmmm.


There was a beautiful Japanese-style garden with a waterfall (I did a lot of experimenting with self-portraits on this trip )

Fall was in full swing out there, the air crisp and the colours bright. I was so very happy to be on the lake again, I miss water so much There were tons of little shops to explore in the town. I stopped at the cemetary (is it strange to be picking out plots as a family?), and here are some pics

Probably the best part of the vacation was spending it with loved ones. That and taking a mini-set on the beach - ooooh, I am naughty!
