Today was an exciting day. Well, so was yesterday, actually. I'll start with yesterday, Friday. I got my labret pierced. It's only my second piercing. I was such a brave girl. Now, today, oh wow, today. I got around to shooting a photoset for SG. This was my second attempt, as the first did not meet many of the requirements (plus the camera was set incorrectly - you can view some of the outtakes in my Pics section). One hundred and sixty-three photos were of decent quality (out of 350 - omg). I'm so excited to mail it in! I can't give too much away, but let's just say this: cheerleader-themed, new shoes, knee high socks and a leather collar.

Now, I'm not your average girl who models for SG, I'm chubbier than a lot of the girls. Needless to say, I'm nervous about the reception the photoset will receive, should it be approved. We'll have to wait and see. I wonder how long?

I got my new issue of "Astonishing X-Men" today too. The cute girl at the comic book store handed me my book and she noticed my new peircing. And Transformers: The Movie (1985) is on Teletoon right now. Everything's coming up Marvel.

P.S, I still haven't discovered that icky smell in my fridge. My money is on the decaying pancake batter, but there could be accomplices - I'm not liking the look of that pre-cut broccoli. A full-scale investigation will most likely be required. But that'll have to wait, I'm going to bed. Smell ya later.
