That trip sounds amazing and I am envious of the experience! The closest I've come to camping at the beach is the campground on Tybee Island.

It's strange to be back. Most old friends are gone. Those that are still here, I haven't talked to in years. Where do you start? What do you do?

Just say hi I guess smile

There was a time when this community was a rock for me, the only place I felt understood.

How's it been since you've been back? I'm still brand new/ish here, but I'm glad to be counted among the friends you've requested upon your return =)

We're getting the band back together!
Hey girl, how are you?

I was having a conversation about mixtapes not too long ago with a friend of mine. It seems they're almost nonexistent - they've been replaced by playlists, which I don't think really hold the same ... I don't know how you'd describe it; endearing effort, maybe? They both take thought to put together, but there's something about knowing how much time went in to actually creating the mixtape, and then giving/receiving the physical product - its almost magical.
