I went through hell with Dell (ha!) before getting my laptop with them...but in the end...with all thier screwups (sending it to my address in a city that didin't exist) I ended up with two computers! So I sold one back and ended up paying half price on already a bargain. And the machine has held up pretty well with lots of traveling.
