So lovely. I love France too!

Psst! Did you know SG @rexx has her very own Etsy shop where she sells one-of-a-kind handmade lingerie from hell? She has some all-new Halloween stuff out there, so if you're looking for something like this, hop on over! And yes, that's her modeling the spiderweb corset.

Here's a few items she posted on her IG recently:

thank you I have to check!
kaicito:
@avrora Please do that! And check out her old SG sets... she was one of the first SGs I had some real conversations with. She's not active here anymore, but is always making new stuff for her "Prettyperverse" shop...

You know I don't begrudge anyone their pink status, and newly pinked @jessi77 certainly is a gorgeous girl, but she also is kind of an egregious example of someone being promoted to SG without as much as a profile, without any interaction with members, with one set being the only thing to show for. I'm sure it's all well deserved, but it...

@jozsef YOu haven't seen me let loose with a real from-the-gut hate-filled tirade...yet ;-) And I'm sure she's a nice girl. Anyway, I fly stealthily under the radar of the SG powers that be... I hope.

I was suggesting that one or two people here will do more than a little extrapolating so that you become the devil on the basis of what they think you really mean by an innocent statement. It's the wisdom of crowds effect, although that isn't the standard term for it. 😉

As threatened, err, promised, here's a shitload of travel pix. For perspective, Bordeaux is on the French Atlantic coast, in the southwest of the country. We also made a trip into the world-famous wine country that surrounds the city, and we spent a few days further South in Bayonne, in the French part of Basque country and not far from the Pyrenee mountains and...

Beautiful pictures.  I like the older style buildings, the new stuff just looks weird.

@tali79 I wish I remembered! Some IG I suppose. Might be fake for all I know. Need this for a goat of yours? ;-)
tali79:
Hahaha. I don't have a goat but my brother-in-law is called goat in the military

Not likely, but I'm back anyway. More pics from brief France vacation to follow. Thanks to a bout of food poisoning (at least that is my suspicion), I'm probably one of the few people to leave France weighing less than before - a whopping 11 lbs

I hope I never act like a pig here, but have a pic of me as a little...

Damn I hope not all of your trip was ruined by food poisoning.
kaicito:
@tali79 Only the last half. Glad to say I'm finally feeling better today!

jozsef:
That's so fanny! 😍

Not likely that this little film (look for it in selected theaters starting Oct. 6) will even show up on our screens, but I can't wait to see it. The title is a tongue-in-cheek reference to Walt Disney World.

Here's an interview about the film and its story that I thought was interesting... THE FLORIDA PROJECT

I mention in a previous blog my view that flying has become more of a hassle... it also is something of a racket, nicely lampooned in the following long-ish joke:

Spare a thought for poor old Michael O’Leary, Chief Executive of Ryanair [or insert other airline here]:

After arriving in a hotel in Manchester, he went to the bar and asked for a pint...
