yeah ... i've grown up around hip hop and got into different subcultures like the ones this site caters too... and i constantly have to hear dumbass opinions from people of said cultures about hip hop. i'd take it fine if people knew some background, but most of the time it's bullshit talking out of the ass type comments that are really.... unecessary. if he knew anything about what prince paul was saying or the background ... it'd be simple. there's a bunch of talentless people who are paid well while prince paul who made it possible for those people to do what they do to some degree and who innovated and who is really talented still struggles. that's kind of ass backwards. i guess that's capitalism, though?

i'm learning about being myself. there are all sorts of issues there, meaning points i could address but will not for the need to just continue practicing... also learning how to better express myself and in more ways than the few i'm accustomed to. but i'm finding the same deal about not wanting to hang with certain folks.

i need to wash my car. i was going to do it before i went on vacation but didnt' because it rained.
i suppose the important thing is that i cleaned the inside out of trash and wiped out the places where ashes had stuck and syrup had dried. which is disgusting considering how long it'd been since having a syrupy drink to drip.
my sister in law calls me pina colada. i like the smell, honestly. it's my choice, too. i wish the air fresheners would do some kindof time release thing instead of blasting you for a few days with potency and then only serving for ornamentation.
