Yeah... texting while driving DOES take your eyes from the road. I still try to do it though, just using memory and touch. Invariably I'll mess up and have to fix it at a stop light. Text messaging can be quite useful.. but most of the time it's just a pain. It's WAY easier to drive and talk on the phone... driving and texting is just plain... silly.
I know another good cheap meal that's easy to fix. Take a package of about six or so frozen burritos and lay them along the bottom of a casserole dish. Then pour 1 can of enchilada sauce over them and top with cheese and black olives (if you wish). You'll end up with some cheesy saucy goodness and it always comes out good.
