ok everyone. new set has been submitted



my fingers are crossed that i hear from staff tomorrow heheh

whilst sitting here adjusting the images, i realized not only does the light in the laundry room and the porch light not work... the power outlets in the entire living room dont work... so.. my computer is about to die..

ive got my (unfixed) laptop back for my trip to Oregon tomorrow through the 3rd.

today in class we made pizza... and... im being honest, i think my pizza was the best pizza ive ever had... im glad i have half of it left plus another whole one for the trip tomorrow hahaha\
as well as some sourdough bread (which i will slice and bring some butter along. nom)

last friday chef had me make some whole wheat walnut sourdough.. i DID NOT want to make that bread... the first time i heard what it was i was like... eww... that sounds gross... why....

so i started making it... i didnt have enough water.. so, seeing as i was already quite frustrated i just dumped a bunch of water in and called it good..

i was so fed up with this dough, i developed it for a little while, tossed it in a bin and stuck it in the walk in.. and left.

ugh.

on tuesday chef baked it.

it was fucking amazing..
everyone thought chef made it.

he corrected them.

i got to bring a loaf home and no one else could hehe. he was all, well, since you made it, sure. haha
