OK guys. Some decisions to make.
I had to cancel my account. I don't want to, but I really don't have the money, and I'm not much for spending money I don't have.
I may end up leaving school now. I don't have enough credits anyway, and I keep going back to the idea of staying home and working for the year then moving out...

Your not a loser, its in the tough times that we develop our character. If life was always easy, we would all be on leave it to beaver.
*sigh* I attempted to try and register for classes via the phone, but the bitches there were so fucking rude to me and were treating me like an idiot I gave up and hung up the phone when I was being transfered to another department for about the third time becuase they're too lazy to help me. I'm just going to do it online. if...

Omigod! I want Kate Beckinsale and Hugh Jackman in a bed and naked and having all kinds of sex with me.
Aside from sex fantasies involving the stars of Van Helsing, today has been

Yay! Glad you're catching up on your QAF. I want the DVD sets, too, but they're $$$--like $100/season, last time I checked. You should look for the 1st season soundtrack--sooohhh good. There's a song called "High School Confidential" that is so risque and funny.
*liebe vibes!*

Felix is badass! I bought something called 'Excursions' by him that's a mix CD w/ some of his songs included. It's got Ladytron and Miss Kittin on it
. I found it at Barnes & Noble bookstore for $10! I love when you find great music in unexpected places!
I always feel so overwhelmed when I come back to SG after being gone for a couple days.
Anyway, last minute trip to Kentucky for easter. Saw far too much of my family, which freaks me out because they are overpowering as hell.
Weekend was full of Hexe getting fatter and fatter by the minute (too many cookies. too much cake. too many rolls. too...

My family talked about my pierced nipples and the fact that I'm a member on this site. They are weird and wonderful.

Anyway. The stunning lack of water I drink it evident in my dull hair and skin. It's hard, though. My fridge is too small to hold a water jug or filter, and the water in the dorms is horendously vile. It's oily and mineraly tasting. And luke warm all the time. it's sick. Bottled waters are far too expensive. All...

and how is the beautiful hexe doing on easter?...
Oh my God, you guys! My husband David Duchovny is on the Ellen Show right now.
So I submitted an X-Files group but unfortunately I was too late to take advantage of the automated approval. So now I'll have to wait.
It's so hot today. It feels like summer. And I smell. Damn sweat.
I have to write two more pages for my English paper....

I never looked to join it, but I really thought there was already an X-Files group here, maybe under a wacky name. Am I totally high?
And I haven't even smoked in years! Must be residual brain trauma.
In other news, I thoroughly enjoyed APC on your behalf tonight. They were great, as was their opener The Mars Volta, who I had never heard (only heard OF) before - they were truly awesome: unbelievable energy and remarkable skill and presence for such a young band. Check them out when you can (if you're not already hip to them).
I really hope you get to go somehow. Maybe the money fairy'll pay a surprise visit. I'll think some good thoughts for you, along with some for your script. Yeah, what is it about?
Oh, and check new pix of my new hairdo, courtesy of my pal Aries. Enjoy!

Today:
Woke up at 11.
Watched CNN for a bit whilst checking emails, journals, and the whatnots.
Got a bunch of food downstairs I didn't eat.
Did my nails.
Having a mini X-Files marathon ("The Amazing Melini" "Signs and Wonders" "Never Again". I love you forever if you know what those are.)
Just looked down and realized my left thumbnail looks like shit and I...

You look like Brody, from the Distillers. I would stare at you too, if I saw you out in public.
You should really see a doctor about the seizure thing, you might have a from of epilepsy. Sorry to sound so momish, but its pretty dangerous to be an epileptic and not be on any medication! Bye

For a 79 year old, you're pretty gorgeous, dollface...
What type of costume work do you do with the crew...? (design, dresser, etc.) I dabble myself (see my pics)...

What is a group you have never felt welcome in? Good enough to be a part of? Feel you have nothing of importance to contribute?
For me, that would have to be the smart people: the ubder academics. This is sparked by the recent New Group: SG Academics thread. I think the new NHS and Academic groups are groovy to the max, but I wouldn't...

You go to a great school, and they accepted you for a reason. GPAs don't tell the whole story, as you said some people are talented at other things. I had a 2.9 GPA, and yet I am considered to be a very talented person at what I do, which is usually considered a very intellectually/creatively demanding job.
What you want to do in life doesn't require you to remember formulas or be the next Einstein, just to be naturally talented at something that you seem to be. I am glad that you are finally happy with who you are, and that says more about your personality than acceptance in any club does. Just keep doing what you wanna do and fuck the rest of em
Oh and btw, mrs_medway and I are fighting over you!

I started gathering sources for my english paper. That counts as working on it, right guys?

California. No doubt about it.
I need more hip-hop CDs, yo. I don't have enough. Just mix CDs and atmosphere. I'm lacking in the ways of rap. I've resigned to the fact that I am a hip hop fan.
So I probably will not be attending SG Prom.

Okay, I didn't know you were an aspiring actor (and truthfully I am still only guessing), but between the actor's school comment and having me, Jase, Fent and Faux among your pals, I feel I'm on the right track here...
On the assumption that you ARE an actor, I'm going to go out on a limb here. Because I like you so far, I am about to change your life for the better: have you read David Mamet's "True And False: Heresy And Common Sense For The Actor"? I imagine not, if you're still in school. It's nonfiction and is simply the clearest, best book on the subject of contemporary film acting I have ever read - PERIOD.
Now, don't get me wrong: school is great and valuable and I personally spent 7 long years working my way through to get my own damn degree (in film and psych). But I'm not an actor (any more): I'm a filmmaker and my educational needs were different. If it's acting that's truly in your blood, well, then...
you must buy this book TODAY. No matter how broke you are! The wisdom it contains is (in my not-so-humble opinion) worth skipping meals for a few days if need be to buy it, but it's only $11. It's carried at most all of the major chain bookstores and any serious niche bookseller dedicated to the arts.
Shit, if you REALLY can't afford it, email me your mailing address and I'll send you MY copy; I give it away pretty often to people I think will benefit from it and just get myself a new one. Must've bought 2 dozen copies by now - if I ever meet Mamet I'm gonna make him buy me some drinks...
But anyway, you NEED to read it. Even if you don't generally like Mamet, or are a slave to The Method, you simply MUST read this book and understand it, for it is The Truth.
And I'm not shitting you about any of this. Email me if you need more info, and happy days at school tomorrow. Cheers!

Hey Babe. Hang in there w/ school. I only have an AA, well, in addition to a Massage Therapy License, and sometimes I wish I had gone for a 4-year degree. I was an English Major, and often thought 'what the hell is the point?', but now I know it's paid off when I can use words like 'Machiavellian' at cocktail parties and people say "woah, check out the booty AND brain on that chick!"
You DON'T need that annoying Dr. Phil. Sounds like you're figuring it out on your own.
Please don't cut your hair.
