my friend is a school counsellor and loves her job. in fact she doesn't call it her job, she calls it her life. she's helped some pretty troubled kids in the few years she's been doing it and i'm so proud of her.
i wish you all the best in your chosen field and i know you are going to be excellent at it.

well, today was day three of my internship. the beginning of the year meetings, stuff like that. very interesting to see the politics going on during the meetings and how things are addressed. one big area of weakness for me will be politics, I really hate the political game, so this is a good learning experience for me.

or the therapist can just not massage the area around the tat, but if it is a big peice on your back that wont work at alll.
I really admire people in school that work as well. You have to have a lot of determination for that! I am having a hard enough time, and my classes are still reletively easy right now- especially compared to what you have on your plate!
I hope that you find some free time and can take a day off soon!

well, so far, my internship has been pretty good. on day one, I was introduced to people, given a faculty/staff parking pass (whoo-hoo) and talked to regarding getting my ID picture done. to me, really a sign that I'm going to be treated as a fellow staff member, and not someone who shows up one day a week.
