well, so far, my internship has been pretty good. on day one, I was introduced to people, given a faculty/staff parking pass (whoo-hoo) and talked to regarding getting my ID picture done. to me, really a sign that I'm going to be treated as a fellow staff member, and not someone who shows up one day a week.
also noticing different things here and there. how people react to each other, tensions here and there, fun stuff like that. add to that a supervisor who's sarcastic, and I'm going to have fun this year! that's for sure (the supervisor and I have similiar senses of humor!)
outside of that, not too much. might be on infrequently soon. my laptop's hard drive is sh*tting the bed. I've tried reformatting, but it won't happen. why? oh, damaged hard drive. joys. so time to find a cheap(er) hard drive to replace this one!
and not too much else. getting a tattoo on Wednesday. taking the Kanji "Dragon" on my back and having 2 koi fish (with dragon-like features) going around the Kanji. so now, on my back, I'll have a representation of both my Chinese Zodiac symbol (dragon) and my Zodiac symbol (Pisces). sweet, huh? pictures will be posted after I get my tattoo done (around 5 PM on Wednesday).
say, anyone know how much a 1/2 massage would cost?

New hard drive for the laptop now! computer store in the area! so I'm back (kind of, have to rebuild my desktop now).
as for the old hard drive, well, my sister's boyfriend might see if the school he works for can use it....something to take apart and show the little kids the inner workings and all!
