1. pick a desk or surface u ned in a box
2. place box on floor beneath said surface
3. put arm on surface
4. move arm toward where the box is
5. now things are off surface and into box

I would not say anything about the speeding ticket debit mistake , if some idiot entered it into the system as paid and only charged you 10% it is not your responsibility to call them in order to correct the error , they will not reduce your penalty anyhow , besides the odds are that they will never notice
