oh what a fun week....I had Sunday off due to the holidays. and then worked overnight Monday night into Tuesday. had a 3 hour meeting scheduled for Wednesday, working 6 AM to 11:30 AM Thursday, and then scheduled to work about 4 hours Saturday. yeah, I was thrilled to see about 20 hours (and 4 hours for holiday time) scheduled when I have a completely open availability.
then last night, around 9:30 PM, whilst shopping, check my cell phone....the overnight cashier called in sick. so add another 8 hours....now I'm up to around 32 hours. not too bad. but I'll lose some time tomorrow (scheduled until 9:30 PM, store closes at 9 PM, I want to be on the road by 9:01 PM). the joys of part-time work.
I am glad I decided to take a nap when I got home from everything Thursday afternoon for a few hours.....saved my butt since I had to go in with less than 2 hours notice. got home, slept, and now time to work out and tire myself out so I can sleep some more.
and people wonder why I have sleeping issues....so far this week, I have gone into work twice at 11:30 PM, once at 12:30 PM, and once at 6 AM. let's hear it for consistency, huh?
