sleep...sleep is good. especially for one's mood.

so found another job to apply for...Allendale Columbia school is a private school in my area. they have an opening for a College Advisor...where I work with the seniors about how to get into college....let's check the requirements...

Strong Writing Skills - hmmm, 2 Masters, 2 comprehensive exams, lots of writing...check
Experience in Counseling Adolescents and their Families - Masters in Counseling, Masters in School Counseling, did student/teacher/parent meetings...check
Familiarity with selective college admissions and independent schools - went to a fairly selective college (Alfred University), worked at Miami University (the one in OH) and Hobart and William Smith Colleges...kind of check
ability to mentor student activities - advised 2 groups before, member of groups in college, did I mention successfully advised the 2 student groups (Assistant VP of Student Affairs told me I was doing an excellent job with both groups) - check

time to get everything together and send out a resume, list of references, and cover letter.....job posted 2/14/2010 and still posted. wish me luck! and hey, all it will cost me is some resume paper, the large envelopes, and the cost of mailing the stuff out....I won't complain!
