Right now I use melatonin and benadryl which can help (rarely) and I try to not drink coffee, soda or anything else with caffeine past about noon....I know for a fact that stress is making it worse, though insomnia has been a problem for me since puberty...and I have tried, er, physical activity but that will only make it worse if it's right before I try to sleep. Has there been any other suggestions that people found really worked in the group??
