The thing with your arms sounds to me like it isnt a pinced nerve, it is poor circulation. I am guessing what is causing it is that you are pushing lots of carts around and working those muscles in ways that they havent been worked in quite a while. I would sugjest that each day before you go down there you stretch out really good, this will help the blood keep flowing. I face this in my job allot, often times I get tingly all over sitting in the seat, I have to stop and stretch out good and im fine. Give that a shot for a couple of weeks and see what it does for you.
I know how you feel when it comes through going through tough things, you have done it right though, you have soildered on. That is all you can do.
Oh and the people you are bitching about are the mindless fuckers whom are blithely meandering through life with no greater purpose or half a clue what is going on.
