well, another week has gone by. thank you for the advice everyone. this girl has lost the priviledge on being on my one screen name's buddy list, the one where I am most open about what I feel and things. very few people are on that list....and so far, she's the first one to be removed from it.
I doubt she'll talk to me again anyways. even when we talked, she had very black and white thinking. now, well, since her mother died, her father sees her as being perfect and totally without fault. anything happens, its someone else's fault. I got a feeling that idea has permeated her mind as well.
work so far is good. the managers like me. in fact, the one manager was raving about my work performance on maintainence (the one day I've worked maintainence with her as manager) the other day to the front-end manager (3rd in line to the store manager). she says she wants me working maintainence every night she closes. joys. too bad she's dating someone!
another manager I taught how to use chopsticks the other day. and found out she's dating someone. DOH! looks like anyone I'm getting along with at the job are dating or married. WTF is up with that? oh well, the single life is what I've lived so far for most of my life, and I have a feeling that is what I'm going to live the rest of my life as.
of course, the store has Single Awareness Day stuff out. you know, that infernal day on February 14. I myself am proposing a bonfire of left over stuff on the 15th. for all us single people out there!
and took February 4th off. Lennon plays in Buffalo. great show to go to! and she's really down to earth. gets done, she'll be at the bar for pictures, chatting, or signing autographs! I'm looking at getting a Suicidegirls shirt to wear, but they all seem to only go to XL, and I like to wear XXL! joys!
hmm, that's about it. finally getting over another cold. my arms are feeling better, somewhat. however, with three days off, that definitely could help!
