Hi everyone!
Most often I read books on psychology. A few of the latter that I acquired about psychopathic personalities. Actually, I graduated from the Faculty of Psychology and plan to write a book, but I don’t know how long it will take, you see, procrastination takes over 😂 Although sometimes it happens that I read classical literature such as Lord of the Flies by Golding. What kind of literature do you read? Have you met any Russian writers? Share it💖

@jjpyo I think this is the psychology of myself, but this is not the moment that I negatively stained :) I meant that the dentist does not treat his own teeth, the surgeon does not operate on himself, and some people who are not even psychologists try this do only harming yourself. And the fact that your psychologist agrees with you is not bad at all:D And it is even commendable that you go with him. Of course, I understand that abroad is a completely different attitude to this and people are not afraid of psychologists, like ours)) The cognitive sections in psychology are great! We went through them in general psychology, but I went into clinical psychology of my own choice in my term papers and thesis :)

I help found a cutting edge free clinic that through its work has lead the world for many years. I found their group work based on community outreach work by multi-disciplined therapist generated out of Esalen Institute to be the most effective approach. The work begins with small workshops using dyadic eye transfer and other immersive one on one techniques to bring people together in self supporting family units. The core training focuses on you being able to heal yourself. Very little money. Lots of love. You are your own best therapist. It is surprisingly simple but one must be brave.
