hi, little update... hongkong is ok, visited plenty of customers.
on monday i am heading to bangkok for another 3 days in a crowded city and then i am planning to spend few days on the beach. i choosed koh samui before i fly back to chilly switzerland.

he wants to have a full report on how the customers like our airline, how our handling agents are working, how our staff is behaving etcetc.
