i had a short noticed and early meeting this morning with the sales organization because of my trip tomorrow.

as this is my first bigger and important business travel i am quite nervous.
in addition i really dislike long distance flying.

dislike? i hate flying, especially long distance flights, it's a basic necessity to reach another point in this world... i'm not scared of flying, it's the feeling of being closed in in a tube for 12 hours around 40000feet above ground without any possibility to get off when i feel like, i just can't do anything but sit and wait till it's over. i'll have some drinks for sure and will try to sleep a bit.

since our company's rule is that biz trips are confirmed in business class with upgrade clause into first class if space available, i'll have a big chance to be in first. there are still 6 seats left and i really doubt that they are sold until tomorrow. so chances are fine for me to lie down in the comfy seats. that would sweeten the flight a lot.

now i need to do some shopping... i need more shirts, and a nice pair of shoes with rubber sole as it is raining in hong kong, weather channel said scattered thunderstorms, this would definitely ruin my fratelli rossetti ...
