Damn, I'm sick.
Well it's been nearly 3 years already since last time.
Last time it really kicked my butt too.

Saw the "Have a Dream" speech of MLK. Looking back at that time I find it inspiring.
It's pretty simple. Freedom and justice vs oppression and corruption.

I couldn't bear to write anything even approaching political but...

I just saw "The Trials of Henry Kissinger". It was good for what it was. Something like Bowling for Columbine only more serious and focused.
Ever hear of Christopher Hitchens? He's my favorite guest on "Hardball w/ Chris Matthews" and his appearances on C-SPANII or golden.
Probably the most articulate, brutally honest journalist seen on...

My week sabbatical from the home puter and SG is over.

Wel, I got a lot more sleep and I was more productive at work.
The downside is that I didn't get to keep to date with all you groovy people and look at any of the beautiful SGs

Now I'm spending serious time getting up to date.

thanks for the gingko biloba tip, I will try it. your interpretation was useful to me as well...I think I may have an idea what mccartney may represent after some thought. I just had a week-long sabbatical of my own from this place...I think it's necessary for good mental health...whatever

Wow, I got this letter in the mail today:
...
Dear inveterate crack-addict sir,
It has come to my attention there is a gold lam jumpsuit in your possession that is the property of my ex-wife's second cousin.
This is a cease and desist order to overturn your efforts to dunk said jumpsuit in a 60 gallon tank filled with electric eels.
Also it has...

Key words of today: tired, cranky

Well the no coffee resolution is a little hard.
I'm sitting here with my arm tied up. Hypodermic filled with a blue mountain espresso double.
It's awfully tempting but I'll have to pass.

I have yet to see a donut. I don't know how that will be. It might be uncomfortable.
I might pick one up, being careful not...

Happy New Years everyone! smilerobotsmile

My new year's resolutions are a month long to make them more manageable.
Here they are:
- no coffee
- no alcohol
- no fast food
- no donuts, cake, pie, cookies, etc.
- no red meat
- no other kind of blatantly processed, fried, sugary or greasy foods
- exercise three times a week

Kind of prohibitive I guess, but...

thanks for the fitness tips, cousin. much appreciated. i figure yoga will be a good way to keep me from getting stiff and muscle-bound. i pack on muscle fast, which is definitely a double-edged sword. if i don't stay limber i get stiff wid da quickness...
