Sorry we haven't done any updates. Tried to on my phone last night, but I didn't have service. Also I was REALLY not doing so great once I started feeling the pain more. Surgery went well. They went higher than originally planned because my disease had started spreading. A high trans-femoral, so now when I get my prosthetic limb, I will have to use the waist support as well. My surgery didn't start till 3:57pm. NOT at 10am like we were told. I didn't get out of recovery till about 9pm. I can have visitors today and will contact everyone the best I can considering my phone is being lame and not giving me service. Plus I can't get out of bed. I am happy everything went great, my pain has gone down to a 7, but does go back up to a high 9, BUT it is not a 10 and that is what we all were aiming for.I made it into a chair and out of bed already! It hurts really bad, but I did it! The pain is not nice, but it's nothing like CRPS.
We have until midnight tonight before the online fund closes down, so please please please if there are any of you that can post this link again or for the first time, please do. I am so thankful for all the new support and for all of those that continue to support me and this crazy journey. I am excited to get up and go go go, but I know it is going to take a lot of time.
