Do you ever have one of those days where your happy but not? Blah.. that is the only word I can use to describe it.
I woke up happy.. went through most of the afternoon happy but by the time I got home I was blah.. I think I'm tired. I don't know.
I live in a hobbit hole. 4 windows in this whole apartment. Normally I don't mind but it rained for 12 days straight and everything is wilted.
Maybe I need a vacation. Maybe I just need to go out and let off some steam.. a night out.. there's this bar here that plays nothing but trance and ska.. it's dark, the booze is straight, the women aren't.. I need a night out.. go dance until my feet hurt.. take a cab home.
But, I'm a mom.. it's the weekend, time to spend with the kids. I love them but I wish that their dad and I could get away together.. spend all day in bed and all night out. Maybe next weekend.
