Not caring is a part of depression and that is something tough to get over because it is not that simple. The only thing I can say is think of good you will feel when you have accomplished these courses. You can do it. It's tough, and it's tougher when that natural motivation mechanism doesn't seem to work.
Find something you love to do, and do it, it may take some time to find that thing- but when you do, a lot will change.
As a side note, I noticed a couple of journals ago that you replied by commenting- most people don't go back and check the journals they commented on again so the best way to respond is in their current journal entry
Don't worry- I made the same mistake until the lovely welcoming committee (Fatality) told me.
