If winter was intolerable in October, how are you doing now?  I assume you are in the cities, which means you have even more snow than I do in Fargo.

Well, the SADs hasn't been so bad this year. The cold and snow are still miserable and I've basically been hibernating. I think I'm going to try to find work somewhere warmer this year.

Ever leave a good relationship due to distance, remain on good terms with your ex even if distance, and then run into them and their new boyfriend who seems fine, and just experience existential numbness?

To celebrate Labor Day I went out into the rain to get a coffee table that I assembled in my underwear. I showered, made brisket, corn bread, and cookies for later. It was a good day and if I'd been smarter I could have sold photos and maybe turn a profit.
