About a month ago I literally had a nightmare about winter arriving early. I moved to Minnesota two years ago and the winter is intolerable; it probably finished off my long distance relationship. I've diagnosed myself with Seasonal Affective Disorder, aka SAD appropriately enough, although I should probably speak to a doctor and make it official. I'm basically solar powered and Minnesota winter will leave me with zero energy. Anyone here have any advice?

These lamps are supposed to be good. A little expensive but I'd love one. Extends natural daylight. Like a sunlight lamp to help with winter depression. đź’™ the days will be getting longer though soon, and I'm glad to hear you've managed better this year đź’™
